Fingering the Hypnotic Killer

Detective Sherlock Holmes is faced with one of his most dangerous mysteries at the hands of the Woman in Green . . . . His very life is the prize sought after by Professor Moriarty and the seductive woman. As our adventure opens random women in London are being killed, and the right forefinger of each victim is carefully cut off her dead body and never found . . . Until . . . . One evening Holmes and Scotland Yard Inspector Gregson are having a drink at Pembroke House . . . . They notice Sir George Fenwick with a beautiful young blonde woman wearing a very fetching green outfit. After a few drinks Sir George and the blonde leave, and we follow them to her apartment where they settle down for a relaxing evening . . . . We next discover Sir George waking up the following morning in a shabby cheap boarding house room, and as he staggers to his feet and tries to figure out what happened to him, he discovers the severed and bloody finger of a woman in his pocket! This leads to that and the daughter of Sir George visits Sherlock Holmes and tells him that she awoke in the night and discovered her father wandering in his gardens with a shovel, and the next morning when she secretly dug in the spot where she saw her father digging in the middle of the night she discovered a small box containing the finger of a woman. It seems that the finger killer of London might have been her father, Sir George Fenwick! Sherlock Holmes and his trusty friend Dr. Watson accompany the young lady to visit Sir George, but when Holmes opens the library door to confront Sir George, they discover his lifeless body on the floor, shot in the back at very close range. So begins a mystery that may take the life of Sherlock Holmes, engineered by Professor Moriarty and the woman in green. Pop a big bowl of white kernel popcorn with plenty of warm melted butter drizzled over it and enjoy the show.
