When Dreams Came True, or Learning to Love and Forgive

So, if you are familiar with Bible stories or classic movies, you probably remember the story of Moses leading the Children of Israel out of Egypt by spreading the waters of the Red Sea and walking across to the Arabian desert in search of their promised land. But do you know how the children of Abraham came to be in Egypt in the first place?

Abraham was a wealthy man in the Arabian desert, who had a son Isaac, who had a son Jacob. Jacob had twelve sons, and his favorite son was Joseph. This is the story of Joseph, who was sold into slavery in Egypt by his jealous brothers, who told their father Jacob that Joseph was killed by wild animals in the night.

Do you believe in dreams? Have you ever dreamed something and then saw it happen? Have you ever seen the books written by people that say that they can interpret our dreams and tell us what will be in our future? Do you believe that dreams can predict our destiny?

In this amazing story from the Old Testament, people dream, and only one man has the power to interpret the dreams. Joseph was inspired to know what dreams meant, except for the strange dream that he had while he was in the desert tending a herd of sheep. While that dream remains a mystery, Joseph has the power to predict the future while he is in Egypt. He will predict a future that will change his life. He will predict a future that will change the history of the sons of Abraham. He will predict a future that will change the world. Pop a big bowl of white kernel popcorn with plenty of warm melted butter on it and enjoy the show.
