Passionate Paulette

Napoleon Bonaparte could conquer and control much of the world and its people, but he could not tame either his wife Josephine or his wild and passionate sister Paulette, played by Gina Lollobrigida. Every time Napoleon caught his most beautiful sister with another man he took his vengeance on the other man and on his sister Paulette. When one of her husband's is upset at her affairs she responds that she is a woman . . . if he wanted a hero instead of a woman he should have married her brother! Napoleon arranged a marriage with a Borghese Prince in Italy, where she could not get a divorce, but she managed to be a whore using an assumed name to keep her passions satisfied. It is while in Rome that she discovers full satisfaction at the hand of Colonel Canouville, played by Stephen Boyd. Of course, Napoleon does everything in his power to keep them apart and ruin the Colonel's career, and when Napoleon gathers his troops for an invasion of Russia the Colonel goes along, heading towards that famous battle in Waterloo. Pop a big bowl of white kernel popcorn with plenty of warm melted butter and enjoy the show.
